Yoga & Somatic Practices: Making Space for Integration
We invite Women (18 yrs+), to join us Join us for an integrative yoga flow where stillness meets movement, and softness meets strength.
Integration is the practice of welcoming all parts of ourselves - our emotions, experiences, and inner landscapes - so they can coexist in wholeness and harmony. In yoga, we explore this by deepening the relationship between mind, body, breath, and spirit. This class weaves together dynamic, energizing sequences with grounding, restful postures—creating space to both express and receive. Through this balance of yin and yang, we return to a sense of inner alignment and wholeness which supports us in integrating life’s challenges and hardships..
