Trauma Briefing webinar: For those affected by the unrest in Sudan

This is a 45-min community webinar followed by 15-mins for Q&A and discussion. This session is confidential, and attendance is anonymous. Attendees are not required to share what they witnessed or experienced.

This session will help you understand how trauma may impact you and those around you, while also helping to create an inner map of how to navigate the shapeshifting terrain of trauma.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:

Anyone who has been directly or indirectly impacted by the unrest in Sudan, no matter where you live in the world.

YOU WILL LEARN:

  • How trauma and secondary trauma may be impacting you emotionally, psychologically, and physically
  • The role of grief
  • How to care for yourself
  • How to care for others (what to say, and what not to say)
  • How to recognize the signs that you, or someone you care for, may need additional support

Cost: This is a free-of-cost webinar for the community.
