This will be a 60-min interactive panel discussion on Zoom, suitable for parents with young children.

On the occasion of Mother’s Day, we celebrate the journey of motherhood with a focus on nurturing maternal wellbeing, especially during the transformative early years. It’s a time of immense joy and discovery, yet we acknowledge that some mothers may face challenges, including an increased risk of depression or anxiety. While postpartum depression affects an estimated 10% of new mothers, it’s important to remember that the journey of motherhood, even outside clinical diagnoses, is filled with deeply emotional and difficult experiences. Recognizing and supporting the emotional wellbeing of mothers is not just about overcoming challenges; it is about enhancing the joy and fulfillment that motherhood brings. By addressing maternal wellbeing, we not only support mothers in finding greater happiness in their role, but also contribute positively to child development and family dynamics.
