This closed group is specifically designed for individuals who have previous knowledge of the therapy framework or have attended Acceptance and Commitment workshops in the past. Join us as we delve deeper into ACT principles and practices to enhance your understanding and application of this transformative therapy.


In attending this monthly ACT Skills Group, you will:

  • Expand your knowledge of ACT concepts and techniques.
  • Deepen your understanding of how to develop psychological flexibility in clients.
  • Refine your ability to effectively apply ACT strategies in your daily life.
  • Engage in advanced experiential exercises and mindfulness practices.
  • Receive personal guidance and support for clinical cases with the ACT lens.


This group is ideal for individuals who already have a foundational understanding of ACT and want to deepen their skills and knowledge. If you have attended previous ACT workshops, therapy sessions, or have actively studied the framework, this group will provide you with an opportunity to take your practice to the next level.

*All participants must have prior knowledge of the ACT framework in therapy.

About the Expert Trainer:

Dr. Daniela Salazar, PhD is a clinical psychologist and Education Director at The LightHouse Arabia. Her clinical practice involves working with children, adolescents, and adults. She has been a frequent international presenter on ACT and is valued by the international community for her deep theoretical and practical knowledge of ACT. She also is a master trainer for Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) and other corporate trainings. Her aim is to help clients live a fulfilled and happy life in line with their values.
