Following a road traffic accident, many people can experience lingering emotional distress.
It’s normal that during the healing process, you may begin to notice signs of increased symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, anguish, fearfulness, sleep disturbance, reoccurring flashbacks about the crash. However, if unprocessed, these intense emotions can often lead to avoidance and can interfere with healthy living. This session creates a map on understanding how to navigate the shape-shifting terrain of the psychological and emotional trauma that can occur following a road traffic accident.
