Christine Kritzas , M.A. (South Africa)
Psychologist
With over 18 years in private practice, I take a holistic approach while drawing on systemic, narrative, and depth psychology to tailor interventions to each client’s needs. My work drives tangible shifts in self-awareness; helping clients step out of their comfort zones, adopt healthier habits, and live in closer alignment with their values.
In my work with executives, there is a focus on cultivating compassionate leadership by fostering psychological safety, guiding brave conversations, and managing triggers while adopting sustainable practices to prevent burnout. This work is complemented by my role as a corporate trainer, delivering seminars, workshops, and training programs across public and private sector organisations in the MENA region.
Recognized as an influential voice in mental health and wellbeing, I regularly share insights on panels and through media outlets including Gulf News, Khaleej Times, and The National. I am also a frequent guest on radio shows, podcasts, and social media platforms.
My entrepreneurial spirit is reflected in founding the innovative edutainment brand SmartHeart®, which creates products to foster children’s emotional intelligence. This experience enriches my work with individuals developing new products, services or start-ups, bringing practical insight from building a brand first-hand.
