As a clinical psychologist, I work collaboratively with my clients to transform difficulties into meaningful and valuable experiences. I value deeply listening to people and walking alongside them through their life journeys, offering practical strategies to overcome obstacles and foster personal growth.
I was born in Colombia and raised in the United States. With over 15 years of experience across private practice and having worked in school settings as a school counselor and special needs specialist, my expertise spans across a wide range of psychological concerns, helping adults, couples and children to navigate challenges and situations in life, workplace and school settings.
I have a particular interest in working with couples, children, mood disorders, and professionals navigating high- pressure environments.
In addition to individual and relational therapy, I also work with corporate clients and professionals, offering coaching sessions focused on emotional wellbeing, stress management, leadership development, work–life balance, and resilience.
