Born and raised in the UAE with a Pakistani heritage, I began my professional journey in clinical administration support in 2021, developing a strong understanding of operational processes and client needs. Over time, this experience allowed me to transition into a more client-facing role, where I now confidently support individuals with empathy and care. At The LightHouse Arabia, I support in day-to-day operations and client coordination, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and professional experience for all interactions. I am often one of the first points of contact; assisting with coordination, and ensuring clients feel comfortable, heard, and supported throughout their experience.
