Dr. Tara Radwan , DClinPsy (UK)
Clinical Psychologist
In my work, with adults and adolescents (13+), I strive to be a clinician who embodies compassion, respect, and curiosity, meeting each person with openness and without judgment. I aim to create a safe and containing space that allows all people to explore and understand the various aspects of themselves, including the wounds and core pains often left behind by our experiences in life. I am passionate about walking alongside my clients with empathy and respect, supporting each person on their path towards healing.
My previous clinical experiences have included both working privately as well as within multiple NHS settings in the UK, working with diverse communities including adults and teens, across a wide range of challenging life events and mental health difficulties. I support with concerns ranging from mild to moderate, in addition to providing specialized services to support with complex trauma and abuse. I consider it a privilege to accompany clients in their adjustment and healing journeys, and I am both equipped and deeply committed to this.
With a therapeutic approach that is both integrative and trauma-informed, I draw upon a wide range of therapeutic and clinical tools to work collaboratively with all of my clients, ensuring that their needs are met with empathy and warmth. I value the therapeutic relationship as a space where trust and safety lay the foundation for healing, self-exploration, and growth.
