We cannot change anything until we accept it. Condemnation does not liberate, it oppresses. - Carl Jung

I am Indian, and I grew up in Abu Dhabi from the age of ten. My interest in psychology began early when I started studying the subject in school. What began as a journey to understand myself better soon grew into a deep passion for supporting others in their own healing.

I completed my Bachelor’s in Applied Psychology at Amity University Dubai, followed by an MSc in Clinical Psychology and Health Services at Goldsmiths, University of London. During my undergraduate studies, I interned at Snö Wellness in Abu Dhabi, and during my master’s program, I completed a placement with NHS Islington Talking Therapies. I have also volunteered in community mental health spaces, including a women’s garden wellbeing group that explored the connection between nature and emotional wellness.

My long-term goal is to become a Clinical Psychologist in Dubai, and I am committed to building the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to support individuals with compassion and competence. My areas of interest include women’s mental health, personality disorders, eating disorders, addictions, and psychological assessments.

At The LightHouse Arabia, I work as an Assistant Psychologist, where I support clients in finding the best clinician for their mental health journey and help ensure a smooth and supportive experience throughout the process. I am also part of the Assessments team, assisting clinicians with the assessment process.
