The LightHouse Arabia Appoints New Managing Director, Dr. Robert Chandler, as Dr. Saliha Afridi takes the role of Chairwoman

The LightHouse Arabia, a leading mental health and wellness center in Dubai, is proud to announce a significant leadership transition. Dr. Saliha Afridi, the founding Managing Director of The LightHouse Arabia, will be stepping into the role of Executive Chairwoman. Concurrently, Dr. Robert Chandler, a clinical psychologist and the Director of Corporate and Workplace Services at The LightHouse Arabia since 2021, has been appointed as the new Managing Director. 

Dr. Afridi has been at the helm of The LightHouse Arabia since its inception, leading the center to become a beacon of mental health and wellness in the region. Her visionary leadership and commitment to destigmatizing mental health treatment, and providing high-quality mental health services and accessible community care services have been instrumental in the center's success. In her new role as Executive Chairwoman, Dr. Afridi will focus on strategic growth initiatives, ensuring that The LightHouse Arabia continues to innovate and expand its impact. 

Dr. Robert Chandler, stepping into the Managing Director role, brings a wealth of experience and expertise in mental health care. His leadership is expected to further The LightHouse Arabia's mission of offering comprehensive mental health services and advancing mental wellness in the community.
