Opening myself to the world of client service has taught me that a simple act of humanity can bring happiness to yourself, as well as others. My experience over the past seven years in the UAE has focused mainly on client service as a Quality Assurance Analyst, which involved improving and growing the client experience.  At The LightHouse Arabia, I continue to apply my knowledge and expertise in this field, ultimately ensuring that our clients consistently experience high standards of professionalism, patience, and care.

  • Internal Auditor Training, ICXS 2019 (British Standards Institution)
