Originally from India, I graduated in English language and literature. Being a trainer for non-native English speakers in my home country gave me the opportunity to both learn and teach the importance of interpersonal communication. I have also worked as a customer care representative in past roles, which reinforced my interest in the field of Client Service. As part of team at The LightHouse Arabia, I have a strong dedication to helping clients. I consider myself to be empathetic and efficient, and these traits have proven to help me continually grow and develop, both professionally and personally.
