ANANYA YADAV

Psychology Assistant

“Each person is unique in their approach towards themselves and the world. I am passionate and curious about uncovering these individual truths and providing clients with the support to lead authentic and fulfilling lives.”

I believe that each person carries within them a wealth of resources to overcome adversity and unlock their ability to thrive under various circumstances. I find it extremely motivating and rewarding to support clients to leverage this potential, to transform their challenges into purpose, and to lead authentic, fulfilling lives.

I grew up in Dubai and completed my higher education in the UK. I have been working in the mental health industry in the U.A.E. for three years. Although much of my experience spans over working with adults as a case manager/clinical coordinator, I have also worked on supporting children’s mental health services. Within the field, I am passionate about community care and engagement, and mental health advocacy on both social and policy levels. On a micro level, I am interested in working with a wide range of individuals through compassion-focused and value-based approaches in a culturally sensitive manner.
