CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY FOR EVENTS:

The LightHouse Arabia is pleased to offer a wide array of Seminars, Workshops, Trainings and Support groups year-round for the community. Please find below our cancellation and refund policy for events, and we thank you for your support. 

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION BY A PARTICIPANT:

Due to limited spaces, we request that you cancel at least (4) four days before the event. This gives us the opportunity to allow other participants to register for the event.

To cancel a registration, please email us at [email protected] or call us on 04 380 2088. Please provide your name, mobile number, and the event you are registered to attend. Upon receipt of your cancellation notice, our team will process your request and send you an email confirming your cancellation.

If you cancel (4) four days before the event, we offer you a credit to your account. Registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to another event/service at The LightHouse Arabia. Cancellations received after the stated deadline or no-shows will be refunded 50% of the fee.

EVENT CANCELLATION BY THE LIGHTHOUSE ARABIA:

The LightHouse Arabia may choose to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In this case, our events team will notify you via the listed email address and/or telephone number provided at registration 48 hours before the event date. The LightHouse Arabia will refund all registration fees.

Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
