Trauma Briefing webinar: For those affected by the earthquake in Turkey and Syria
This is a 45-min community webinar followed by 15-mins for Q&A and discussion. This session is confidential, and attendance is anonymous. Attendees are not required to share what they witnessed or experienced.
The trauma that many are currently experiencing has occurred not only from the devastation of the earthquake in Turkey and Syria, but from the invisible injury that the event has imprinted on the mind, body, and soul. Whether you were directly near the epicenter or further away, or if you experienced seconds and thoughts of not knowing if your loved ones or connections were/are safe, or if you have watched mounting video footage and distressing news coverage on social media in recent days - you may be experiencing the impact of trauma. This session will help you understand how trauma may impact you and those around you, while also helping to create an inner map of how to navigate the shapeshifting terrain of trauma.
