Identify. Understand. Respond.

This 4-hour online evidence-based course is ideal for teens who want to better understand mental health, and learn how to support a friend who may be struggling. The program recognizes that teens prefer sharing their problems with other teens. This training empowers teens to support others while keeping themselves safe.

This training is open to residents of the UAE only. It is not a training that teaches teens how to counsel or diagnose, or expects that teens handle their problems alone.
